Buxton Projects Information

Buxton Museum & Art Gallery are pleased to bring you more details about ‘Buxton Shops’ and ‘Buxton in Objects’, two digital trails developed by Buxton Museum & Art Gallery.

‘Buxton Shops’ takes a stroll down memory lane, using archive photographs and the voices of local people to explore how the shops and buildings have changed.

‘Buxton in Objects’ takes in some of the town’s spa heritage, exploring the history through museum objects and an audio guide, voiced by Derbyshire Museums Manager, Ros Westwood.
